Sports Medicine Teacher/Athletic Trainer
Hi! My name is Samantha Yates. I was born and raised in Holtville and after graduating from HHS, I attended the University of Alabama. I received my bachelor's degree in athletic training after working with their football team, swim and dive team, women's basketball team, post surgical rehab department and two local high schools. I have been the athletic trainer at HHS since 2014 and I started teaching Sports Medicine at HHS in 2018. Before that, I taught Sports Medicine at ECTC for two years.
